Hello, I'm Kate from Kate Bang Painting
Do you love saving painting furniture? I do.
I enjoy finding old unwanted pieces and giving them new life.
Here is a piece that you may find alone your travels.
Not quite antique not quite modern, but strangely a bit of both.
Perfect for painting.
If you find a piece like this I suggest a soft Old White Chalk paint.
Sand the edges slightly.
If you paint florals just add them off to the side, never in the middle.
You don't want to cover up your art with a lamp.
Don't forget to seal or wax
Good luck with your painting

How I got started
I worked as a nurse when I was first married. When I began to have children. I longed to be a stay at home mom. A friend invited me to a craft painting class. I took the very little bit I learned added it to furniture and turned it into a successful business. I Gave up nursing and became a happy stay at home working mom.
